Frequent questions
- How do I get an account? Sign in with Apple or Google for your own free workspace. To join your farm or organisation, the admin invites you with a link or a code: open the app, tap “Enter invitation” and follow the steps.
- I forgot my password. Ask your admin or write to us; we reset it for you.
- zeonᵃⁱ is not available. On iPhones with less than 8 GB of memory zeonᵃⁱ runs on our servers and needs a connection. On other iPhones, download the model once in Settings → Vision model (the size is shown there, Wi-Fi recommended) or turn on Settings → zeonᵃⁱ → Use server model. The roles farmer and scout do not include zeonᵃⁱ.
- My uploads wait. Uploads start automatically with a connection. Videos go over Wi-Fi only unless you change it in Settings → Uploads.
- Delete my account and data. In the app under Settings → Delete account, for every type of account. What stays with your farm and how to have it erased is explained in the privacy policy (section 10).
